2026 Children’s Summer Workshop
Aurora Community Theatre proudly announces that registration for the 2026 Children's Summer Workshops will be open April 15 - June 15. Priority registration for ACT Members will open March 15.
Each two-week Workshop will be held from 9 am to 3 pm Monday through Friday, culminating in full on-stage performances of The Wizard of Oz - Youth Edition.
Children who will enter grades 3 through 9 in Fall 2026 are invited to attend either:
Workshop A
Video auditions will be accepted in late June. Details to follow.
Workshop:
July 13 - 25
Performances:
July 24 (7 pm)
July 25 (1 pm and 4 pm)
OR
Workshop B
Video auditions will be accepted in late June. Details to follow.
Workshop:
July 27 - August 8
Performances:
August 7 (7 pm)
August 8 (1 pm and 4 pm)
The Children's Summer Workshops will be held at Aurora Community Theatre.
In addition to two weeks of intensive daylong theatre experience, the Workshop Registration fee ($295 for first child, $275 for each additional sibling) will include:
Commemorative T-shirt
